Mixed Table Read · $1/$2 live
When the whole table is limping, the right move is not to limp along. It's to punish the whole table with a raise and take the initiative.
Why they do it
A limped pot is full of weak ranges. Nobody has a real hand or they'd have raised. One player with initiative can take this pot down more often than not - preflop or on the flop. Don't get pulled into the limp-along mentality.
The adjustment
Raise to 6-8x with any decent hand when there are multiple limpers. C-bet any flop. You have the range advantage and the initiative. Use both.
What it's worth
This adds up fast. Small uncontested wins from punishing limp-heavy tables compound over a session more than most players realize.
